DigiPak is a proven design, making use of a tray which
provides more structural support and holds the disc so
that the data side is not touching the packaging. However,
they have been traditionally made out of non-recyclable
brittle plastic... until now.
We
can now make DigiPaks with natural fiber trays or potato
starch foam trays that have the same benefits as before,
except these trays are recyclable! These DigiPaks also

CD EcoFoamPak
The
CD EcoFoamPak has the same height and width as the
standard DigiPak, however, the spine is slightly thicker,
so please use our template on the right. Since the
hub that holds the disc is also made of EcoFoam, in
rare instances, it can happen through rough handling
that discs come off the hub. Call for a sample to
evaluate this yourself.
The
DVD EcoFoamPak has the same height and width as the
standard DigiPak, however, the spine is slightly thicker,
so please use our template on the right. Since the
hub that holds the disc is also made of EcoFoam, in
rare instances, it can happen through rough handling
that discs come off the hub. Call for a sample to
evaluate this yourself.
The
CD FiberPak has the same height and width and thickness
as the standard DigiPak. It holds the disc securely
on a cork hub. The recycled fiber tray can sometimes
release a bit of paper dust onto the disc. This will
not harm the disc and is a minimal concern in trade
for the benefits of this packaging. Call for a sample
to evaluate this yourself.
